Visitors to Columbus Public Health who do not have a medical home can visit our location in the Health Department building to receive initial urgent treatments and be registered as a patient in our systems for ongoing care.
Our state-of-the-art dental centers provide top-notch preventive and operative dentistry for adults and children. Services include preventive exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings and extractions. Necessary root canals are performed only on the front teeth.
Along with delivering high quality dental care, we do our utmost to make dental visits a comfortable experience. Our offices are a family-like atmosphere with flexible hours. Both locations are well-suited to serve young children, offer a calming atmosphere for individuals apprehensive about dental treatments and are conveniently located in your neighborhood.
Appointments
We accept a variety of insurance plans that includes Medicaid, CareSource, Molina, Aetna, Anthem, Medical Mutual, Doral Dental, and Aultra Dental. For our uninsured patients, we offer a sliding fee scale, where fees are assessed based on family size and monthly household income.

Clinic will see dental emergencies at 7:45am daily on a first come, first serve walk-in basis. You will need to have the following with you: Photo ID, either proof of income or a dental insurance card, and for those without insurance a $40.00 minimum payment. | |||

West Side Dental Center 2300 West Broad Street, 2nd Floor Fax: 614.274.7307 Our hours of operation are Mondays from 7:45am until 7pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45am until 5pm, Wednesdays from 7:45am until 3pm, and Fridays from 7:45am until 2pm.
