

Prescription Access is a prescription assistance service that was initiated by the Columbus Medical Association Foundation. CNHC administers this service to the Columbus community. Prescription Access provides access to affordable medications for the uninsured and low-income residents of Franklin County.

Residents of Franklin County who are at or below 200% poverty level, lack Rx Drug Coverage, and are not eligible for any private or government Rx assistance may be eligible for support through a number of our prescription programs.
340B Pricing
340B pricing is available to CNHC patients at or below 200% of the poverty level. It is used for acute and long term prescriptions. CNHC patients pay a co-pay of $10 for a 30 day supply and $20 for a 31-90 day supply.
Share the Care
Share the care is a program available to CNHC patients at or below 200% of the poverty level. This program offers mail order Rx services.
