Thomas Horan assumed the position, Chief Executive Officer of Columbus Neighborhood Health Center (CNHC), Inc. in January 2008.  As CEO, he oversees the strategic direction of the organization, implements CNHC policies and ensures the achievement of the organization’s mission and philosophy. 

Mr. Horan has an extensive background working in leadership roles.  Prior to his post at CNHC, he served as the Deputy Commissioner for the City of Columbus Public Health Department for 20 years.  In 1997, Mr. Horan played a pivotal role in the development of Columbus Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. and served on the CNHC Board of Directors until October 2006. 

Mr. Horan earned a Masters of Public Policy and Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.
